ABOUT

I BUILDwhat isACTUALLYNEEDED

I work alone. That's the point: the person who listens to your problem writes the code and hands it over. Stelion and its lab are my own projects. GDM is a client, in Romania and in Italy.

THE PROBLEM

Fragmentation, not a shortage of tools

Most firms already have a CRM, an ERP, spreadsheets, forms and chat. What is missing is a system that makes them work together. The cost never shows on an invoice: hours lost, numbers that disagree, decisions put off.

THE METHOD

First I find where it jams, then I build

I listen to the people who run the process every day. I look at where the time goes, where the data comes from, who answers for the result. Then I build the piece that helps. I hand it over with tests, documentation and instructions to run it without me.

THE LIMITS

What I don't promise

I don't guarantee leads, sales or legal compliance. I don't replace the judgement of people who know their own work. AI only goes in when it removes a real step and can be checked. I work in your own accounts, with credentials kept out of the code. (On GDPR and contracts, ask your lawyer.)

How I work

  1. I understand the problemI look at the process as it actually runs, not as it is described. Who does it, how often, where it jams.
  2. I set the scopeI write down what I do and what I don't, before I start. That makes the quote honest. And at handover you know what to check.
  3. I buildI build the smallest version that solves the whole problem. Then I put it in the hands of the people who will use it.
  4. I make the system maintainableI leave code you can read, accounts in your name, few dependencies and all declared. If you stop working with me tomorrow, the system stays yours and keeps running.

WORK

Tell me about the process you want to improve

A few lines will do: what jams, who works on it, what should happen instead.
