Define the perimeter
I settle what goes into the first version and what stays out. That decision is what makes a real delivery date possible.
Build
I build the main interfaces, the database and the priority step. With authentication where the data calls for it.
Make it maintainable
I hand over with checks, documentation and a handover session. The team uses it without waiting on me for every change.
