The scope
I work on web applications: users, data, processes, interface, launch.
The definition sprint is compulsory and maintenance is quoted separately, as is the product’s visual identity. Third-party costs in the open: hosting, licences and external services stay in your name.
After handover
The system I hand over works. Then tools, APIs and models change: you decide whether I stay alongside you.
